FIELD: air-conditioning systems for transport facilities; living and industrial spaces. SUBSTANCE: air-conditioner has housing with inlet and outlet devices for air and thermoelectric batteries made from stacks of semiconductor elements connected with heat-exchange plates mounted in housing in two rows forming two hot compartments and one twin cold compartment. Thermoelectric batteries form thermoelectric units which are kept in set of blocks arranged in rows. Sectional housing is made from two half-clips. Housing is rectangular in shape. Thermoelectric units are isolated from housing by means of insulation; each thermoelectric units is separated from adjacent ones by means of insulation. EFFECT: improved rate characteristics of air-conditioner; facilitated procedure of manufacture; enhanced reliability and efficiency; ease in use. 11 cl, 8 dwg
