FIELD: air-conditioning systems for cabins of transport facilities and cranes, as well as for small rooms. SUBSTANCE: proposed plant has housing where thermoelectric units are arranged over perimeter; thermoelectric units consists of thermocouples located between radiators arranged in isolated parts of housing. Outlet fronts of radiators are located over closed contour. Parts of housing are provided with air intake which are communicated with atmosphere. Mounted on end surfaces of housing along its axis are branch pipe for evacuation of air into atmosphere and branch pipe for delivery of air to cabin, for example. Electric motors are mounted in case secured on base of housing; fans mounted in branch pipes are secured on output shafts of electric motors.
