FIELD: the invention refers to radio measurements.

SUBSTANCE: it may be used at definition of the levels of electromagnetic radiation created by radio electronic devices of different functions in the frequency band including the industrial frequency of 50 Hz. The technical result of the proposed invention is in increasing accuracy of the definition of the levels of low frequency electromagnetic radiation due to exclusion of the influence of the electromagnetic radiation of the industrial frequency f0=50 Hz on the result of the definition of the level of the examined electromagnetic radiation in the band 5Hz...2KHz, when the frequency of the frame scanning of electromagnetic industrial frequency fk=f0. The definition of the levels of the electromagnetic radiation created by the computer and of the electromagnetic radiation of the industrial frequency F0=50Hz is executed in four stages: on the first stage measurement of their summary level is executed with the aid of the standard measurer of levels, on the second stage their relative summary energetic level is defined along the given mathematical formula, on the third stage for the known kind of signals created by the electromagnetic radiation of the computer their summary relative to energetic level is calculated, on the fourth stage the levels of the electromagnetic radiation of the computer and the electromagnetic radiation of the industrial frequency are defined. At definition of the level of the electromagnetic radiation of the computer exposed in quality of an external source, the computer itself serves as an analyzer of the frequency spectrum.

EFFECT: increases accuracy of definition of the levels of low frequency electromagnetic radiation.
