FIELD: radio measurements, possible use when determining levels of electromagnetic radiation created by radio-electronic devices of various purposes in band of frequencies including industrial frequency of 50 Hz.
SUBSTANCE: levels of subject electromagnetic radiation and electromagnetic radiation level of industrial frequency are determined during four stages: - at first stage calibration characteristic of measuring antenna is determined and approximated by analytical function K(f); - at second stage by means of standard device for measuring levels of electromagnetic radiation total level of subject electromagnetic radiation and industrial frequency electromagnetic radiation is measured; - at third stage on basis of spectrogram of levels of subject electromagnetic radiation and industrial frequency electromagnetic radiation, their relative energy levels are determined on basis of given mathematical formulas, - at fourth stage, levels of subject electromagnetic radiation and industrial frequency electromagnetic radiation are determined. When determining level of electromagnetic radiation, created by computer, acting as external source, computer itself acts as analyzer of frequency spectrum.
EFFECT: increased precision when determining levels of subject low frequency electromagnetic radiation due to prevented influence of electromagnetic radiation of industrial frequency of 50 Hz on result of determining of level of subject electromagnetic radiation and consideration of calibration characteristic of measuring antenna.
