FIELD: power systems for supplying industrial buildings, apartment houses, and the like with electrical energy, for heating, and cooling them. SUBSTANCE: proposed power system is, essentially, integrated system that has electrochemical converter such as fuel cell for electrical energy generation and heating, ventilating and cooling system. Exit heat produced by fuel cell using radiant, convective, or conductive mechanism of heat transfer is conveyed to heating component of heating, ventilating, and cooling system such as heat- utilizing cooling plant or boiler. Heating, ventilating, and cooling system accepts exit heat to be used for producing conditioned fluid medium such as hot or cool air or water, or steam for heating, cooling, or industrial-process purposes. System also has coupling exchanger for convective coupling between electrochemical converter and heating, ventilating, and cooling system. Coupling exchanger accepts exhaust gases from fuel cell and extracts heat from them to be conveyed to heating component of mentioned system such as heat- utilizing cooler or boiler. EFFECT: improved design and enhanced efficiency of power system. 44 cl, 9 dwg
