FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has handle as casing having canal for supplying cooling agent into the working part. The working part is manufactured from high heat conductivity material shaped as hemisphere. It has separating membrane at an angle of 45 deg to instrument axis above the distal end of the supplying canal. The membrane has 5-8 holes of cooling agent discharge canals of 1.5-1.7 mm diameter. Cooling agent supply canal orifice area to cooling agent discharge canal ratio is equal to 1:1.5.
