FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: apparatus comprises a body and a lid having a refrigerant vapour passage, a refrigerant container, a cannula feeding the refrigerant from the container into a detachable cap. First, second and third secondary passages are formed in the lid; the container encloses first and second internal tubes extending vertically, whereas first and second external tubes are attached to the lid. The detachable cap is configured as a container with an internal cavity. One end of the cannula is attached to the first secondary passage and the other end thereof - to the internal cavity of the detachable cap to which the second internal tube is also connected through the second external tube and the second secondary passage. The first internal tube is connected to the refrigerant vapour passage to which the first external tube is also attached. A needle valve connected to the third secondary passage is mounted inside the container on the lid.

EFFECT: faster cooling of the detachable cap with low idle flow of the refrigerant.
