FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: apparatus comprises a body and a lid having a refrigerant vapour passage, a refrigerant container, a cannula feeding the refrigerant from the container into a detachable cap. First, second and third secondary passages are formed in the lid; the container encloses first and second internal tubes extending vertically, whereas first and second external tubes, and a first union are attached to the lid. One end of the first external tube is connected to the first secondary passage of the lid and its other end - to the cannula through second and third unions connecting the tube and cannula hermetically. The detachable cap is configured as a container with an internal cavity; a free end of the cannula is connected to the to the internal cavity of the detachable cap to which the second internal tube is also connected by means of the third external tube, a fourth union, a forth external tube, the first union and the second secondary passage of the lid. The first internal tube is connected to the refrigerant vapour passage to which the second external tube is also attached; a needle valve connected to the third secondary passage is mounted inside the container on the lid.
EFFECT: using the invention ensures faster cooling of the detachable cap with low idle flow of the refrigerant.
