FIELD: construction. SUBSTANCE: the production line has proportioning hoppers connected to a mortar mixer for delivery of aggregate and binder, vessel connected to the water conduit for water supply and a finished product receiving hopper. The hopper for delivery of aggregate is connected to a crusher and a screen connected to each other for preliminary grinding and fractionation of the source rock. In addition the production line has a tank for water saturation of aggregate and a settler, which are successively in stalled between the hopper for delivery of aggregate and the mortar mixer. A ball mill is installed between the crusher and the screen. The screen is connected to the ball mill for return of coarse aggregate fractions to the production cycle. The water saturation tank is connected to the water conduit. The settler is connected to the water supply vessel. EFFECT: simplified procedure of preparation of mortar. 1 dwg
