SUBSTANCE: invention describes novel derivatives of β-carboline of the general formula (Ia') β- and (Ia'') where means R⁵-alkoxyl radical but methyl radical is preferable; C₁-C₆ means hydrogen atom or R₃-alkyl radical preferable methyl radical; C₁-C₆ means R₈-alkyl radical yoptionally substituted with alkyl, phenyl radical that can be free or substituted with C₁-C₈- alkyl, halogen atom, nitro-group, di (C₁-C₆)-alkylamino-group, C₁-C₆-alkoxy-group or amino-group; alkoxy- carbonyl radical or pyridyl radical; X means bivalent radical of the formula (structural fragments see in the applicant); C₁-C₆ means oxygen or sulfur atom; R₁₁ means hydrogen atom or R₁₄-alkoxycarbonyl; C₁-C₆ means hydrogen atom or R₁₅-alkyl; or their racemic mixtures, pure enantiomers, their mixtures and their therapeutically acceptable salts.
