FIELD: medicine, diagnostics.
SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with predicting the flow of acute intestinal infections in 1-3-year-aged children. Blood should be tested by detecting metabolic activity of lymphocytes due to bioluminescent method. In case of decreased activity in lymphocytes of NAD(P)-dependent dehydrogenases : G6PDH up to and NADPMDH up to one should predict uneven flow of the disease mentioned. At increased level of NADPGDH up to it is possible to predict even disease flow. The method enables to predict the flow of acute intestinal infections at earlier stages of the disease in question.
EFFECT: higher accuracy of prediction.
