SUBSTANCE: lymphocytes are recovered from patient's whole blood taken from a cubital vein in the morning on an empty stomach at the moment of bronchial asthma attacks and after reduction on velocity sedimentation in verografin density gradient centrifugation. A lymphocyte suspension is thickly applied on a slide, dried at room temperature; the CD38+ lymphocytes per 300 cells are counted in a visual field of the prepared samples by immunochemical method with using murine anti-human antibodies CD38, anti-murine FITC-marked antibodies, and by luminescent microscopy. If the count appeared to be reduced in the second sample with respect to the first one by 4 and more cells, the absence of bronchial asthma attacks for one year, while increasing by 4 and more cells - at least 2 attacks, the absence of the CD38+ lymphocyte count dynamics or variations within 3 cells shows 1 attack.

EFFECT: using the method provides high accuracy prevention of the number of bronchial asthma attacks for one year after admission to hospital.
