DEVICE FOR TEMPORARY STORAGE OF THERMOSTATTED OBJECTS Russian patent published in 2002 - IPC

FIELD: testing equipment, experimental investigations of behavior of thermostatted objects made of easily inflammable and pyrotechnic compounds under their impact loading. SUBSTANCE: device has case manufactured in the form of cover from heat insulation material and base in the form of lower, intermediate and upper plates positioned horizontally one above another and anchored in supports. Case is put on lower plate and is connected by flexible coupling to one end of springy member placed between intermediate and upper plates. The other end of it is anchored on upper plate. Springy member is fitted with lock of its initial tension, it can lift case along guides which are vertically fixed between lower and intermediate plates. Damper is installed on lower surface of intermediate plate. Guides can be equipped with limiters of motion made in the form of cones directed downwards with vertexes. Bushings with stepped axial holes in which diameter of hole of upper step is smaller than diameter of hole of lower step are mounted on case for movement along guides. Diaphragms are mounted in bushings for deflection into hole of larger diameter. EFFECT: minimal time of contact of thermostatted object with environment during preparation of experiment, enhanced safety of operation. 1 cl, 4 dwg
