FIELD: rubber industry. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a field of production of synthetic rubbers used in making tires and industrial rubber articles, namely, to a process of production of polyisoprene rubber in cascade of reactors. Method of production of polyisoprene rubber is carried out by polymerization of isoprene adding in an isopentane solvent into some working reactor cascades and reaction is performed in the presence of a catalyst with the following addition of an antioxidant to a polymer, inactivation of a catalyst, neutralization of a polymer solution, isolation of rubber from a solution. In all reactor cascades a value of dry residue of a polymer solution is maintained in the required level by feeding an antioxidant solution after the first or the second or the third reactor, or after the first and the second, or the second and the third reactor, or after the first and the third reactors of cascade. Method provides the attainment of the required conversion, decrease of oligomers and titanium ions content in rubber. EFFECT: improved method of rubber production, decreased consumption of raw, catalyst and solvent, increased run of reactors. 4 dwg, 6 tbl
