SUBSTANCE: device is made in form of two units interconnected by means of flexible pneumatic and electrical lines; spraying unit is made in form of portable remotely-operated hand tool which includes supersonic nozzle rigidly connected with preheating unit and control and monitoring unit including electronic system for presetting and automatic maintenance of temperature of working gas of preheater; it is connected with heating elements by means of electric cable and with remotely-operated member.
