FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has tube having sharp-edged spoon fixed on the working end. Spoon cavity is connected to receiving opening of the tube. The opposite tube end has pipe for being connectable to rarefaction pump. Working end of the instrument is designed curved at segment equal to 4-5 times tube diameter in length and has preferentially two additional openings. Curvature radius is equal to 8-10 times tub diameter. The additional openings are positioned near the tube bend and have notch. The notch is in parallel relation with the plane passing through the longitudinal instrument axis. The spoon is designed as C-shaped curved plate with preferentially both sharp edges and is attached to the tube end in a way that the plane passing through the cutting edge is in perpendicular relation to the plane passing through the longitudinal tube axis. EFFECT: single use instrument; combined mechanical cutting-off of the formations on the uterine wall and removing the material being cut off, by suction. 6 cl, 2 dwg
