FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves detecting signs of intrauterine infection or infectious fetopathy before carrying out surgical intervention for removing fertilized ovum from the uterine cavity. Samples are taken from the fetal material withdrawn from uterine cavity in the amount required for detecting infectious agents transferred in sexual way. The agents being detected, non-specific antibacterial therapy is substituted with specific one combined with non-specific immunostimulating therapy corresponding to the infectious agent detected. The treatment is carried out in regular way with patient state being under control until full recovery is achieved. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness in preventing postoperative complications. 2 dwg
