FIELD: medicine, gynecology. SUBSTANCE: uterine cavity is introduced, by not widening cervical canal, with disposable plastic aspiration tip of small external diameter being 6 mm. Under control of transabdominal echoscanning one should separate all hyperplasia- affected uterine cavity mucosa observed within resolving power of transabdominal echoscanning. The latter is carried out at resolving power of not less than 0.2 cm. Operation should be conducted during the last days of cycle, before menstruation. The method is of high information value.
