FIELD: pipeline transport, particularly, devices for cleaning of pipeline internal surface from various deposits. SUBSTANCE: secured to device flange is knife unit including knives uniformly spaced over circumference and hinged to brackets with the help of knife rotation axle to flange of knife unit. Cutting part of knife is branched. One branch is displaced relative to another. Installed from knife internal side is cylinder plugged from one end and accommodating passing engageable with slider connected with flange of knife unit by means of pusher. Said device ensures increased efficiency of cleaning of pipeline surface, simplified design and possibility of cleaning of pipeline sections with constrictions up to 0.6D and turning parts of pipeline with turning radius up to 2D due to possibility of knife folding in passing of narrow and turning sections of pipelines.
