FIELD: combination type mechanisms with complex motion of outlet links designed for performing subsidiary operations at maintaining machines and different-designation devices. SUBSTANCE: apparatus in the form of combination mechanism includes transmission mechanism with inlet link, actuating mechanism with driving and outlet links and drive unit. Outlet links of actuating mechanism are provided with jaws for clamping articles and they are movably coupled with outlet link of transmission mechanism. Each driving link of actuating mechanism is in the form of stationary contour follower. The last is in the form of plate rigidly secured to strut. Said plate has shaped lengthwise grooves designed for engaging with outlet links of actuating mechanism. Movable coupling of outlet links of transmission and actuating mechanisms is realized by means of pin rigidly secured to free end of outlet link of transmission mechanism. On free ends of outlet links of transmission mechanism rollers are mounted for engaging with shaped grooves of contour follower. EFFECT: improved design allowing to decrease energy consumption and to enlarge manufacturing possibilities of apparatus. 9 cl, 2 dwg
