FIELD: combination type mechanisms with complex motion of outlet links used, for example for performing additional operations at maintaining machines, machine tools, presses and other equipment.
SUBSTANCE: apparatus includes combination type mechanism having transfer mechanism with outlet link, actuating mechanism with driving and outlet links and drive unit. Outlet links of actuating mechanism are provided with jaws for gripping articles and they are movably joined through kinematic connection with outlet link of transfer mechanism. Kinematic connection includes hinged coupling of outlet links one with another, rotary rods and slide. Rotary rods are jointly connected with outlet links of actuating mechanism and with slide. The last is movably coupled with outlet link of transfer mechanism and with driving link of actuating mechanism. Transfer mechanism is in the form of cam-lever four -link chain having outlet link in the form of rocker arm. Driving link of actuating mechanism is in the form of fixed cam secured to strut and having shaped groove for engaging with slide of said kinematic connection of outlet links.
EFFECT: simplified design of apparatus, reduced power consumption, improved efficiency of handling process.
