FIELD: combination type mechanisms with complex motion of output links designed for performing additional operations at maintaining machines, machine tools, presses and other equipment.
SUBSTANCE: apparatus includes combination type mechanism having transfer mechanism with driving and outlet links and actuating mechanism with driving and outlet links (the last are provided with jaws for gripping articles) and drive unit. Outlet link of transfer mechanism and driving link of actuating mechanism are kinematically connected one with other and both links may perform reverse rotation. Transfer mechanism is in the form of cam-gear mechanism whose driving link is in the form of cam and whose outlet link is in the form of pinion. Said links are mutually joined through pusher in the form of toothed rack. Driving link of actuating mechanism is in the form of rod having on its end toothed sector rigidly secured to rod and designed for engaging with pinion of transfer mechanism. Outlet links of actuating mechanism are jointly connected with said rod. Center of pitch circle of toothed sector coincides with rocking center of driving link of actuating mechanism.
EFFECT: enhanced operational accuracy and efficiency of apparatus.
