FIELD: welding. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to sets for welding parts made of thermoplastic materials, particularly, automobile bumpers and instrument panels made of propylene by heating and upsetting of bosses. Proposed welder has locking and fastening device mounted on bed frame and trolley moving along guides and its pneumatic drives. Movable carriage with heating element and coolers-shapers is installed on vertical post of trolley. Pneumatic drive is mounted on carriage for control of coolers-shapers, stepped stop and upwards travel of carriage along rod trough systems of levers. EFFECT: provision of reliable operation pf welder and quality welding of different-size parts. 2 cl, 5 dwg
