FIELD: organic chemistry, biochemistry, medicine. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to novel condensed isoindolones of the formula (I): where rings B and F mean independently each of other 6- membered carbocyclic ring; R¹ means H, C₁-C₄-alkyl; A¹ and A² are taken in pairs from a group involving =O, H, -OR'' where R'' means H; B¹ and B² mean in pairs =O; X is taken in all positions independently each of other from a group: a) unsubstituted C₁-C₃-alkylene; b) S-; R³,R⁴,R⁵,R⁶ are taken independently each of other from a group involving H, C₁-C₄-alkyl. Compounds of the formula (I) can be used for inhibition of protein kinase C activity and for suppression of tyrosine kinase activity. The found properties ensure to use compounds (I) for inhibition of proliferation of cancer cells.
