FIELD: mechanical engineering; rotary internal combustion engines. SUBSTANCE: proposed internal combustion engine has toroidal combustion chambers accommodating rocking pistons rigidly connected by ring with internal shaft installed in center relative to combustion chambers, and output shaft coupled with internal shaft by means of crank-androcker device. Output shaft is arranged parallel to internal shaft and is mechanically coupled with internal shaft by means of crank-and-rocker mechanism. Output shaft is made cranked. Pistons are provided with recesses at both sides. End faces of cylinders are provided with corresponding convexities. EFFECT: improved reliability of engine, reduced overall dimensions. 7 cl, 4 dwg
