FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves determining R-protein contents before and after treatment in blood taken from the anterior end of the middle turbinated bone after making incision in the mucous membrane in the amount of 0.05 ml (1 drop) and 0.5 ml of preservative agent diluted with physiological salt solution in 1:3 proportion. Supernatant liquid is to be separated after centrifuging. The liquid is to be diluted in 1:400 to 1: 102400 proportion in the volume of 0.1 ml and then it is to be added to test system of anti-R-reagent + human erythrocytes of 1(0)Rh⁺ group and R-protein titer is to be determined expressed as log₂ of the titer. The last dilution capable of inhibiting the test system (hemagglutination inhibition reaction between the anti-R- reagent and human erythrocytes of 1(0)Rh⁺ group)is to be taken as the R-protein titer. The titer being reduced not less than by log₂ 1.2, the treatment is considered to be efficient with no recurrence to be expected.
