FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to otorhinolaryngology, and is intended for prediction of polypous rhinosinusitis relapse risk and prescription of preventive therapy indications. Method is realised as follows. Nasal secretion in amount is 0.05 ml tested for potassium concentration using turbodimetric analysis. If potassium concentration in nasal secretion exceeds 11.6 mmol/l shows high risk of polypous rhinosinusitis relapse and is indication for preventive therapy. Method is minimally invasive, atraumatic, saving, simple and allows for objective estimation of applied treatment efficiency, for prediction of PRS relapse risk for timely prescription of preventive therapy.
EFFECT: provided objective estimation of applied treatment efficiency, prediction of PRS relapse risk for timely prescription of preventive therapy.
