FIELD: meteorology; active actions on meteorological processes. SUBSTANCE: proposed method consists in exerting action on atmosphere with convective cloudiness by introducing ice-generating reagent from flying vehicle. Ice-generating reagent is introduced during development of convective cloudiness. For forming cloud and development of precipitation-forming mechanism, ice- generating reagent is introduced into ascending flow or in inter-cloud intervals together with ionogenic hygroscopic aerosol at prevalence of negative ions. Then ionogenic hygroscopic aerosol at prevalence of positive ions is introduced into descending flow for discontinuation of action of precipitation-forming mechanism and dissipation of cloud.
