FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the field of active influence on meteorological processes to prevent heavy snowfalls and torrential rains, forest fire extinguishing, hail, drought and other dangerous weather events. For artificial precipitation control the artificial cloud formation is intensified by delivery of amount of water in the form of droplets of a water aerosol of different radii. The aerosol droplets are introduced into the zone of the atmosphere with a relative humidity of air close to saturating over the ice surface. The device for implementing the method comprises in the aircraft the measuring instrumentation of meteorological quantities in the atmosphere, spray injectors, containers with the reagent, and a control device. The control device comprises a ground control complex as part of a computing device, a ground controller, the equipment of reception and transmission of information. The equipment of transmission of information is connected to each other by the communication channels.
EFFECT: invention provides increase in efficiency of seeding clouds with water.
