FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: device has handle and flat bayonet-shaped curved working area having rest platform directed at an angle of 100-110 deg to the handle and transition stage set at right angle to it and a hook set at right angle to the platform. Slit is done on the working end of the handle which depth is enough to bring flexible fixing member communicating with a slit made in the bayonet-shaped curved working area. The working area depth is no wider than that of the articulation slit. The working area slit width is enough for bringing the fixing member through it. The distance between the inferior surface of the rest platform and the superior surface of teeth is not greater than acromial clavicle end height. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of surgical treatment; reduced risk of traumatic complications. 2 cl, 2 dwg
