One of branches is arranged on operating end at obtuse angle thereto and is provided with conical rod having through channel aligned with channels in branches and having length allowing length of nail bent end remained in wound to be adjusted. Thickness of channel wall at inlet opening defines distance from bent end to bone surface. Instrument is used for nailing osteosynthesis. EFFECT: reduced injury to organism's soft tissues and disturbances by providing nail intersection inside wound and adjustment of length of nail bent end to be remained in tissues. 2 cl, 3 dwg
