FIELD: medicine, traumatology, orthopedics, juvenile and military-field surgery. SUBSTANCE: method deals with drilling the clavicle and acromial process, putting the band under coracoid processs and through clavicular canals and those in acromial process the setting of clavicle and fixation of band's ends together. At first band's ends directed under coracoid process are fixed together, then at some distance from this process equal to the length of coracoclavicular ligament above coracoid process and above the place of band's ends fixation a fixation knot is formed which exceeds by its sizes the opening in a clavicle, and after passing band's loop through a canal in a clavicle, its dissecting above a clavicle, passing one band's end through a lower opening of a canal in acromial process and after clavicular setting procedure a fixation knot is blocked up at the lower clavicular opening, and then both band's ends are fixed together by tension. EFFECT: improved results of surgical treatment due to lower tissue traumaticity and prevention of possible complications. 5 dwg
