FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has fabric jacket and stimulating member designed as plate. The plate is manufactured from flexible electric current-insulating heat-resistant material like silicon rubber. Metal net manufactured from biologically inert material covers one side of the plate. The net serves as electrode. Current-conducting wire is conducted from the net through a boss. The wire is connected to electric connector member. Heating member winding and thermometer winding are placed in the middle of the stimulating member. The heating member winding and thermometer winding are zigzag-shaped current conductors placed at 0.1-0.2 mm distance one from the other and separated with flexible electric insulating spacers. Heating member winding and thermometer winding are connected with electric wires to the connection member. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment; controllable heat supply. 3 dwg
