FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has barrel for throwing out a charge of liquid to be sprayed, the trunk having outlet opening at one end and inlet opening for gunpowder gas possessing high kinetic energy. The device also has powder charge combustion chamber and means for initializing charge burn. Combustion chamber outlet opening has perforated membrane. Tubular small barrel is coaxially attached to the barrel between the combustion chamber and inlet opening. The combustion chamber is rigidly connected to the small barrel in a way that its inlet opening coincides with the combustion chamber outlet opening and the small barrel outlet opening is inside of the barrel. The barrel has feeding tube with a tap for filling the device with liquid. To preserve sealed condition, the barrel outlet opening has flexible membrane of conic shape with radial cuts. To increase distance within which the sprayed liquid is subjected to high kinetic energy powder gas action, the barrel outlet opening has nozzle. Feeding tube outlet opening is allowed to be at the level of the barrel outlet opening and to be slit- shaped. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of device operation. 6 cl, 1 dwg
