FIELD: organic chemistry, biochemistry. SUBSTANCE: invention describes compounds of the formula (I) where substitutes have values given in description as separate stereoisomers or their mixtures and their pharmaceutically acceptable salts. Proposed compounds inhibit activity of matrix metalloproteases, for example, interstitial collagenases and can be used for treatment morbid states in mammals relieved by inhibition of such matrix metalloproteases, for example, arthritis or diseases associated with bone resorption, for example, osteoporosis. Invention describes also preparing pharmaceutical composition comprising compound of the formula (I) as active component and pharmaceutically acceptable addition.
