Claimed balsam also comprises infusion No.1 of vegetable ingredients of the Ist and IInd decantation, 122.4-149.6 l including, kg: birch (buds), 0.495-0.505; common valerian (root), 0.295-0.305; common inula (root), 0.995-1.005; tormentil (root), 2,992-3.0075; juniper common (coneberries), 1.995-2.005; dandelion (root), 1.995-2.005; pine (buds), 0.295-0.305.
