FIELD: piezoelectric actuators for controlling dispensing valves or valve jets mounted in internal combustion engines of transport vehicles. SUBSTANCE: actuator includes piezoelectric member with laminate structure consisting of alternating layers of piezoelectric, respectively piezoceramic materials with gasket between them made of metallic, respectively electrically conductive layers used as electrodes. Such member, after applying electric pulse load to its electrodes, performs pulsating reciprocation motion for changing distance between its two ends arranged one opposite to another. Actuator also has rigid plates placed on ends of piezoelectric member and tightened one with another by means of tightening members between them at preliminary compression degree of piezoelectric member. Above mentioned plates are mutually tightened at least by means of one springy stirrup embracing from outside (with spacing) plates and piezoelectric member arranged between them.
