SUBSTANCE: proposed sealed lead cell uses fullerene as hydrogen oxidizing catalyst which is introduced in positive plates in the amount of 0.05-1.5% relative to mass of active material to reduce hydrogen accumulation in sealed cell and to organize closed loop of hydrogen cycle.
