FIELD: agricultural engineering. SUBSTANCE: seeding unit has bottom and faceplate with seeding openings. Additional opening similar to seeding openings is formed in central portion of bottom and faceplate between rows of seeding openings. Seed guide tip of rectangular section is attached to lower side of bottom so that one wall of tip does not come into contact with bottom to define catch receiving slot. Catch is provided with opening. Shutter is positioned in guides. Split bushing is disposed on side opposite to catch. Tie-rod is pivotally connected to bushing pin and passed through opening in sector, which is attached to side wall of seeding unit casing. Sector is provided with round opening and slot. Shutter tie-rod may be set and fixed in two positions. EFFECT: simplified controlling of correct setting of seeding unit for predetermined seeding rate and reduced labor intensity. 8 dwg
