FIELD: private hygienic articles. SUBSTANCE: absorbing device has first and second belt parts 5,6 connected along intermediate zone including absorbing body 4. First belt part is provided with first fastening device, second belt part is provided with second fastening device. Fist and second fastening devices cooperate to form detachable fastener. First fastening device has at least two elongated fastening strip members 11, 12, 13 extending between side edges of said first belt part 5. Second fastening device has at least one fastening strip member 14-17 extending along each side edge of second belt part substantially transverse to said first fastening device. First fastening strip members are arranged so as to define space X1, X2 between them, with said space being commensurable with substantial portion of width W of any first fastening strip members. Each of second fastening strip members has length of Y1, Y2 exceeding space X1, X2. Fastening device provides for improved stability of absorbing piece on clothing and may be adjustably and repeatedly attached thereto.
