FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has reservoir filled with water, electrolyzer unit for saturating water with silver ions. Silver electrodes are mounted in the reservoir with 8-15 mm space separating them. 6- 30 V voltage is supplied to the electrodes. The device has water-stirring system using water pump which discharge rate is equal to 5-15 l/min, system for magnetizing water in the reservoir by means of permanent ferrite magnet having 0.5-4 Tesla units magnetic induction enclosed into an stainless envelope for preventing corrosion to occur and means for spraying water saturated with silver ions in the room designed as conic swirl water sprayer having apical angle of 5-20 deg set in rotation by means of electric engine at 2000 rpm.
