FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: one should use aqueous solution of hydrated silver ions either internally or externally. Inside one should apply the concentrations of 0.2-0.4 or 0.6 or 20 mg/l. At concentration of 0.2-0.4 mg/l - per 100 ml daily. At concentration of 0.6 mg/l - per 30 ml thrice daily for a month or per 90-150 ml daily. At concentration of 20 mg/l - per 30 ml daily. For external application one should use the mentioned solution per 50- 100 ml as fomentations at 200 mg/l concentration. The method enables to inactivate viral and bacterial activity that provides prophylaxis and treatment of viral and bacterial infections. EFFECT: higher efficiency of inactivation. 4 cl
