FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has the first power supply source, illuminating photodiode matrix operating in infrared radiation bandwidth, adaptation and control unit having pulse gauge. Capacitor and illuminating photodiode matrix are connected in parallel to the first power supply source, the matrix being connected via optoisolator key. The adaptation and control unit have optical pulse gauge, amplifier, rectangular impulse shaper and monovibrator unit connected in series. The monovibrator unit output is connected to control input of the optoisolator key and is connected to the second power supply source outlets. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment; high reliability and low cost. 2 dwg
