FIELD: chemistry. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to reagents composite used for treatment and disinfection of water. Solid composite for water treatment as a single dosed package includes chloro-containing disinfecting agent being 1,3-dichloro-5.5-dimethylhydantoin is used as chloro-containing disinfecting agent and composite includes also sodium carbonate and magnesium stearate additionally in the following ratio of components, wt.-%: 1,3-dichloro-5,5-dimethylhydantoin, 68-88; sodium carbonate, 10-30; magnesium stearate, 1-2. Proposed composite provides high activity for prolonged time and can be used therefore for water disinfection in swimming pools and in plants for water treatment.
