FIELD: chemical technology. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to solid composite for water treatment made as a single dosed package comprising alkaline metal hypochlorite, sodium hydroxide and sodium chloride being lithium hypochlorite is used as alkaline metal hypochlorite and composite comprises potassium chloride additionally in the following ratio of components, wt.-%: lithium hypochlorite, 25-35; sodium hydroxide, 2.5-3.5; sodium chloride, 60-70; potassium chloride, 2-5. Composite provides cleaning and disinfection of water, improved organoleptic properties of treated water and ensures carrying out treatment and disinfection of water. EFFECT: improved and valuable properties of composite.
