Solution comprises sodium hypochlorite with admixture of sodium chloride produced by direct reaction of chloric acid dissolved in mixture of tributyl phosphate with n-dodecane, with aqueous solution of sodium hydroxide, at following weight ratio of said components, wt.%: sodium hypochlorite 1.0-32.5; sodium hydroxide 0.1-2.2; sodium chloride 0.005-0.5, water being balance.
