METHOD OF PRODUCTION OF VODKA "BUROVAYA STRONG" Russian patent published in 2006 - IPC C12G3/08 A23L1/30

Abstract RU 2287568 C1

FIELD: alcoholic beverage industry; methods of production of vodka.

SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the field of alcoholic beverage industry. From the purified ethyl alcohol "Luxe" and the corrected potable water prepare the alcohol-water solution (classification) with the purpose to produce the ready vodka of 45 % strength. The classification solution is carefully mixed and after correction of its strength is pumped out into the pressure tank, from where it is directed onto the charcoal-purifying battery. The speed of filtration the classification through the charcoal layer of 4 m in height is up to 40 decaliters per hour for the fresh charcoal and up to 30 decaliters per hour - for the regenerated charcoal. The filtered by the charcoal-purifying battery vodka is guided in the finishing tank. The wheaten corcule flakes in amount of 0.9-1.1 kg are poured over with the an aqueous-alcoholic liquid of 50 % strength in the ratio of 1:10 and keep within 5 days, then the solution is poured out, carefully filtered and brought into the vodka in the finishing tank. Sodium bicarbonate is dissolved in the corrected water, mixed by a batch by a batch with the acetic acid till the complete dissolution, filtered and brought into the finishing tank. The complex food additive - "Vodelpan" is preliminary dissolve in the corrected water, filtered and brought into the finishing tank. The granulated sugar refined in the form of the sugar syrup with concentration of 65.8 % or in the form of the water solution is added into the classification tank or into the finishing tank. The natural honey is preliminary dissolved in the corrected water, heated up to the boiling point, hot filtered, cooled and brought into the finishing tank. Contents of the tank is carefully intermixed after introduction of each component and checked for the strength. If necessary the contents is corrected and sent for bottling with the obligatory test filtration. The consumption of the components per 1000 decaliters of the ready product is the following: natural honey - 8.8-9.2 kg, acetic acid - 0.09-022 kg, sodium bicarbonate - 0.2-0.6 kg, the complex food additive "Vodelpan"-1.8-2.2 kg, the 65.8 % sugar syrup - 11.3-11.7 l, the aqueous-alcoholic infusion of the first drain of the wheaten corcule flakes - 6.8-7.2 l, the purified ethyl alcohol "Luxe" and the corrected potable water - the rest up to the alcohol strength of 45 %. The invention ensures reduction of the power input and the labor input - by 10 % and the vodka toxicity - by 25 %. The vodka has the softer taste and the characteristic vodka flavor with the hardly perceptible trace of the melted snow. Its tasting index is - 9.65.

EFFECT: the invention ensures the softer taste and the characteristic vodka flavor with the hardly perceptible trace of the melted snow and the very high testing index, reduced labor input and power input at the vodka production.
