FIELD: devices for strips surface treatment with fluids, particularly, for pickling of rolled metal strips. SUBSTANCE: treatment is carried out in bath in the form of trough covered with a cover. Located above strip is plate immersed into fluid, particularly, into pickling means and directed approximately, parallel to strip. Treatment bath is separated into zone of treatment under plate and zone of reverse flow of fluid, particularly, pickling means above plate. EFFECT: higher boundaries of bath productivity and excluded shortcomings of closed treatment channel. 11 cl, 6 dwg
