SUBSTANCE: invention deals with separation, preferably filtration, of liquids and solids present in a mineral suspension, preferable ore or coal one, or contaminated ground suspension. Filtration is carried out in process space at elevated temperature - from 40 to 300 C. Method is accomplished in an installation consisting of collecting tank for mixture under treatment, pressure filter, discharge system, and container for condensate and solids, and also heated medium source connected with pressure filter.
