FIELD: medicine, laboratory diagnostics. SUBSTANCE: one should determine an assay object out of whole blood due to the system of reagents contained in suggested diagnostic support and which includes colorforming reagent. Moreover, the present diagnostic support has an analytical field with the side to which whole blood is applied, and an indication side where one could observe an optically revealed alteration as a result of assay object reaction with the system of reagents, and which is designed so, that erythrocytes containing in the sample do not enter an indication side. According to this innovation, an analytical field contains a transparent film and the first and the second film layers situated one above another. Moreover, the first layer in its humid state has considerably weaker light-diffusing capacity than the above-situated second one. Film side opposite to the one onto which the first layer is applied is considered to be an indication side, and the side of the second layer opposite to the side where the second layer is applied onto the first one is considered to be the side of sample's supply. Besides, the method for determining an assay object out of whole blood with the help of diagnostic support is discussed. Diagnostic support is simple in manufacturing.
